Plaques are made from MDF and 10" x 4" and 6mm thick

Commission Plaques – Refunds & Final Design Agreement

All commission plaques are handmade to order and created based on the final design agreed with the customer prior to production.
Once the final design has been approved, you are agreeing to receive that design as discussed and no further changes can be made after approval.
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of commission plaques, refunds or returns cannot be offered once the item has been despatched.
Each plaque is carefully handmade with attention and care; however, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Content Guidelines

I will not create plaques that contain racist, discriminatory, derogatory, hateful or offensive language or imagery.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that promotes harm, harassment, bullying, illegal activity, or content I personally do not agree with.
If a request falls into these categories, the order will be declined and any payment refunded if already made.

Right to Refuse

I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission at my discretion if the requested content does not align with my values or brand.
I may also decline requests that could damage my reputation or the integrity of my business.

Custom Requests

All commissions should be respectful, appropriate, and in line with the fun, retro, and positive style of my work.
I may suggest wording or design adjustments if something feels borderline or unclear.

Refunds

If I refuse a commission before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
Once work has started, refunds may not be available unless agreed.
